Andrew O'Connor joined the Bronze Valley team as a Principal in June, 2026. In his role, Andrew sources, conducts diligence, and closes investment opportunities, provides insight & counsel to portfolio companies, and supports fundraising efforts. Before joining Bronze Valley, he served as a venture capitalist at Morningside, where he invested in climate technology, energy, generative AI, and advanced manufacturing companies. He also held executive leadership positions with Alveolus Bio and ResBiotic and has served on the boards of numerous venture-backed companies. Andrew earned a bachelor's in chemical engineering from Auburn University, a master of science from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
