Houston Smith is the Board Treasurer for Bronze Valley. He is also Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Alabama Power Company. Previously, he was Vice President of Governmental Affairs, where he was responsible for all aspects of government affairs at the state level.
Smith began his professional career as a lawyer with a large Birmingham firm, where he practiced in both the litigation and governmental relations sections and also served on the firm's diversity committee experience that informs his work with Bronze Valley.
